We reported a surface ligand manipulation strategy for hybrid MAPbI 3 perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) using methylamine iodide (MAI), methylamine thiocyanate (MASCN) and methylamine acetate (MAAc) salts. After MAI salt post-treatment, a record high efficiency of 14.98% was obtained for MAPbI 3 PeQD solar cells together with enhanced ambient stability.
