Sarcoidosis in SSc is rare but appears to occur more frequently than in the general population. It is associated with pulmonary, lymph node, cutaneous, joint, and hepatic involvement. Stroke occurs more frequently in patients with SSc-sarcoidosis but with no differences in survival.
