Facial solitary morphea profunda presenting with painful trigeminal neuropathy: A case report.

This is the first case of solitary morphea profunda associated with painful trigeminal neuropathy. Treatment should include immunosuppressants and treatment of neuropathic pain, in which local therapies seem particularly beneficial.
