Interocular asymmetry in distribution of leaks in central serous chorioretinopathy.

The left eye showed closer location of the leak to the optic disk edge and higher prevalence of leaks within the peripapillary area. The cases with peripapillary leak commonly demonstrated characteristics of chronic CSC despite relative preservation of visual acuity.
