Design of a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic model for administration of low dose peripheral norepinephrine during general anaesthesia.

We have developed a PK/PD model to accurately track norepinephrine plasma concentration and its effect on MAP over time, which could serve for target-controlled infusion.
