An artificial catalyst (Fe-COFs) with peroxidase-like activity was successfully synthesized at room temperature and applied to catalyze the reaction between TMB and H 2 O 2 . This catalytic system can be used not only to detect residual hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) in milk efficiently, but also to degrade rhodamine B (RhB) in waste water.
