CMRsim is the first simulation framework that allows one to feasibly incorporate complex motion, including turbulent flow, to systematically study advanced CMR acquisition and reconstruction approaches. The open-source package features modularity and transparency, facilitating maintainability and extensibility in support of reproducible research.
