Our data suggest that the software can assist radiologists in reporting TOF-MRA. The software was highly reliable in detecting saccular aneurysms, while for fusiform or thrombosed aneurysms, further improvements are needed. Further studies are necessary to investigate the impact of the software on detection rates, interrater reliability, and reading times.
