OFPs ≥ 7.5 mm in the axial plane and 14 mm in the sagittal plane on non-reformatted CT images are large enough for dual-screw fixation at a single sacral level. Overall, 30% of S1 and S2 pathways were ≥ 14 mm and 58% of control patients had an available OFP in at least one sacral level.
