Corneal shape changes of the total and posterior cornea after temporal versus nasal clear corneal incision cataract surgery.

Corneal shape and astigmatic changes were comparable between groups at 8 weeks postoperatively, although the changes were greater after nasal CCI than after temporal CCI in the early postoperative periods, indicating that nasal or temporal CCI can be selected based on the surgeon's preference.
