Preclinical validation of [68Ga]Ga-NOTA-anti-MMR-sdAb showed high specific uptake of this tracer in MMR-expressing TAM and organs, with no observed toxicity. [68Ga]Ga-NOTA-anti-MMR-sdAb is ready for a phase I clinical trial.
