While a large proportion of women experienced disruptions in prenatal care, subsets of the population, including racial/ethnic minorities and the low socioeconomically disadvantaged, faced disproportionate challenges. The current findings provide practical implications for a tailored approach to reducing barriers and disparities in prenatal care.
