Semi-quantification of the binding constant based on bond breaking in a combined acoustic-gravitational field.

In this study, we propose a semi-quantification method based on breaking bonds between microparticles and glass plates in a combined acoustic-gravitational field. The semi-quantified binding constant values for BSA-ibuprofen, BSA-ciprofloxacin, ConA-glycogen, ConA-mannan, and BSA-naproxen calculated using this method were 7.5 × 10 3 , 1.6 × 10 4 , 2.3 × 10 5 , 2.4 × 10 6 and 9.0 × 10 7 M -1 , respectively, which were in concord with the reported values.
