Factors affecting poor sleep quality in last trimester pregnant women: a cross-sectional research from Turkey.

According to the findings, increasing hemogram levels, attending antenatal education programs, and improving the ability of pregnant women to manage stress are opportunities to improve sleep quality during pregnancy. Careful evaluation of pregnant women in terms of insomnia and affecting factors can be suggested during antenatal follow-up.
