End-of-life conversations are vital in understanding an individual's values and preferences at the end of life, and yet, the concept of the end-of-life conversation has not been well defined in the literature. Using a conceptual model, aides in addressing aspects of end-of-life conversations and an acknowledgment of the dynamic process of end-of-life conversations.
