RVOTA can occur in MC/DA pregnancies without TTTS, particularly when other complications coexist. In complicated cases specialized fetal echocardiographic evaluation is recommended during pregnancy; RVOTA cases should be delivered in a tertiary level center, where cardiologists are available.
