Long survival of a young patient with Xp11.2 translocation metastatic clear cell renal carcinoma: case report.

The patient had an overall survival (OS) of 51 months, which is much higher than that reported in literature data. Unfortunately, the biology of Xp11.2 translocation RCC and its therapeutic management are still unclear.
