Crown fractures treated with conservative pulp treatments had a relatively highly favorable prognosis. The prognosis of uncomplicated crown fractured teeth was impacted by the severity of periodontal injury and treatment strategies. Accurate diagnosis and identification of micro-exposures are important. Dentists should take multiple risk factors into account and select optimal treatment strategies.
