The porous PCL-1-50 external vascular scaffold, with the 50% concentration of NaCl, had the maximum porosity on the basis of enough mechanical strength which meets the demand of clinical vascular transplantation. Moreover, it had good biocompatibility with rADSCs and the degradation mechanism of the scaffold was surface degradation.
