Myopic eyes with longer horizontal STS diameters are commonly accompanied by a change in corneal morphology and more iridociliary cysts. The anatomical features of the ciliary sulcus should be given sufficient consideration to ICL size and placement selection, contributing to more personalized and precise surgery.
