Delayed peaks of acetaminophen in overdose patients with concomitant abdominal trauma.

In this case series, two patients with abdominal trauma and coexistent massive acetaminophen ingestions were described. Both cases demonstrated a delayed rise in serum acetaminophen concentrations and required extended NAC therapy.
