Incidence of falls among adults with cerebral palsy: a cohort study using primary care data.

Twenty adults with CP and 5.3 adults without CP experienced at least one fall per 1000 person-years. Adults with CP experienced 30.5 falls per 1000 person-years compared to 6.7 falls per 1000 person-years among adults without CP. Adults with CP had 3.64 times the odds of experiencing a fall compared to adults without CP. Adults with CP experienced 5.83 times more falls than adults without CP.
