Comparison of Compliance Rates and Treatment Efficiency in Home-Based with Hospital-Based Pulmonary Rehabilitation in COPD.

The present study showed that approximately two-thirds of patients with COPD successfully completed the home-based PR, and that this program also provided similar benefits with respect to the quality of life and exercise capacity compared with the hospital-based PR.
