Intravenous versus perineural dexmedetomidine as adjuvant in adductor canal block for total knee arthroplasty.

Perineural dexmedetomidine in ACB had a similar sedative and intraoperative anti-shivering effects compared to IV dexmedetomidine but, postoperatively it had lesser shivering control and superior analgesia after TKA under spinal anesthesia.
