CP GMFCS III patients demonstrate age-related changes of the spasticity patterns both in lower and upper extremities. These changes and typical spastic muscles should be taken into account during the rehabilitation and botulinum toxin treatment planning, as well as in the detection and prevention of the orthopaedic complications.
