Incisionless ultrasound-guided organ biopsy using the INTACT procedure is feasible, with an overall biopsy success rate of over 75%. This novel technique offers the ideal combination of an imaging-led autopsy with organ sampling for parents who decline the conventional invasive approach. © 2019 The Authors.
