Salivary microbiome is associated with the response to chemoradiotherapy in initially inoperable patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

Our study demonstrated that variations in specific saliva taxa associated with host immunomodulatory cells and cytokines could be promising for early efficacy prediction of chemoradiotherapy in initially inoperable patients with LAESCC.
