Findings observed with OCTA and ICGA together suggest multifocal reversible areas of reduced choroidal vascular flow occurring in a topiramate-induced choroidal effusion. We propose that this transient hypoperfusion is due to compression from deeper choroidal vessels with a congested choroid.
