The risk of conversion can be assessed based on preoperative NLR, MLR and PLR values in patients undergoing surgery for symptomatic cholelithiasis. Elevated preoperative NLR and MLR values are associated with a higher grade of postoperative complications in the Clavien-Dindo scale.
