Two new dihydroisocoumarins, exserolides L and M (1 and 2), along with six known compounds (3-8) were isolated from the extract of the marine-sponge-derived fungus Setosphaeria sp. SCSIO41009. Their structures were established by spectroscopic analyses. The absolute configurations of two new compounds were determined by modified Mosher's method and ECD data. Compounds 1 and 4 showed significant antiviral activities against A/Puerto Rico/8/34 H274Y (H1 N1) with IC 50 values of 4.07±0.76 μM and 20.06±4.85 μM, respectively.
