A ferrocene-modified stable metal-organic framework for efficient CO 2 photoreduction reaction.

A series of ferrocene-grafted/loaded stable metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), based on the classical NH 2 -MIL-125(Ti), were prepared to improve the light absorption and photogenerated charge migration of photocatalysts, which can achieve enhanced CO 2 -to-HCOOH reduction performance. This work highlights the obvious advantage of the modifiability of the MOF structure in optimizing the performance of the photocatalytic CO 2 RR.
