According to the « Objectifs Peau » study [1] the prevalence of psoriasis in the French population is estimated at 4.42% . Among them 11.2% declared having had at least one period of sick-leave due to their condition and 42.6% declared that their psoriasis was very or quite embarrassing during their professional life. Absenteeism from work cannot be limited to sick leaves prescribed by a physician. Indeed these sick-leaves can be stigmatizing for patients in an increasingly competitive and sometimes hostile work environment. Many patients give up their sick leave prescribed. [2]..
