Visual performance and photic disturbances with diffractive and non-diffractive EDOF intraocular lenses using minimonovision: A randomized trial.

Mini-monovision using these EDOF lenses was well-tolerated in the patient cohort. No significant differences were found for visual performance tests between VIV and SYM groups. However, the data suggest that Vivity is associated with a lower probability of bothersome visual disturbances compared to Symfony.
