Utility of cytopathologic diagnosis of adult solid renal lesions: An academic Institution's 10-year experience.

Majority of renal masses (85.50%) had definitive cytology diagnoses. Only three had misclassification. FNA and/or NCB are useful methods in diagnosing and subclassifying adult renal masses and showed high accuracy (91.89%) when compared to surgical resections.
