Concentration of IL-1β, IL-7, IL-12, IL-17, CX3CL1, ITAC and relation with the seizure severity and sudden unexpected death in epilepsy patient.

IL-1β, IL-12, and IL-17 may be used to predict seizure severity and the IL-7/CX3CL1 ratio may be a candidate biomarker for predicting epileptic seizures. While CX3CL1 and ITAC play anti-epileptic effects, ITAC may be used to assess the risk of SUDEP.
