The effect of intravesical cocktail therapy combined with low-dose amitriptyline on primary bladder pain syndrome.

Intravesical combination therapies are effective in PBPS treatment. Adding low-dose amitriptyline to intravesical therapy in patients with PBPS improves emotional status.
