Patients with preoperative RI have an increased risk of postoperative 30-day mortality and complications. RI group patients with current dialysis, estimated glomerular filtration rate less than or equal to 30 ml/min/1.73 m2 or concomitant anemia had an elevated risk of postoperative mortality.
