Prognostic Role of Ventricular Size and Its Dynamics in Patients With Leptomeningeal Metastasis From Solid Tumors.

The EI at baseline is prognostic in LM. An increase of EI during follow-up may be associated with inferior LM progression-free survival. Independent validation cohorts with larger sample size and evaluation of confounding factors will help to better define the clinical utility of EI assessments in LM.
