Most persons with PD in the US are hospitalized in the last 6 months of life, and treatment intensity varies by sex, race, ethnicity, and geographic location. These group differences emphasize the importance of exploring end-of-life care preferences, service availability, and care quality among diverse populations with PD and may inform new approaches to advance care planning.
