The Geriatric Nutritional Risk Index as a prognostic factor in patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors with non-small-cell lung cancer.

Among patients undergoing ICI therapy for NSCLC, GNRI is an effective independent prognostic indicator, and a high GNRI at diagnosis is substantially related with longer PFS and OS. The incorporation of GNRI in pre-treatment evaluations within clinical settings is beneficial.
