Nurses' motivation for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation: a cross-sectional study.

Nurses would be more motivated to perform a quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation if they had a feeling of success. The nurses' motivation was affected by certain factors such as their department, sex, education level, years of membership in CPR team, number of participation in CPR, and participation in educational workshops.
