The control mechanism of S. cerevisiae Y-912 on F. graminearum Fg1 was a very complex material and energy metabolic process in which the related proteins and genes involved in the glycolytic pathway, tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle and amino acid metabolism were all down-regulated. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry.
