ADMIXPIPE successfully integrates ADMIXTURE analysis with popular variant call format (VCF) filtering software to yield file types readily analyzed by CLUMPAK. Large population genomic datasets derived from non-model organisms are efficiently analyzed via the parallel-processing capabilities of ADMIXTURE.
