Nasopharyngeal foreign bodies are exteremely rare and early diagnosis and prompt removal is of paramount importance. A 31 years old woman presented with serous otitis media and nasal stiffness. After imaging and nasal endoscopy a missed chicken bone was removed from the nasopharynx. She had a previous history of foreign body ingestion with an unsuccessful esophageal endoscopy 5 years ago. Although rare, we should evaluate the whole upper aerodigestive tract in the endoscopy for foreign body swallowing.
