Most often in the orthodontic charts data on dentition anomalies were filled, followed by the anomalies of the teeth, anomalies of occlusion in the sagittal direction, anomalies of occlusion in the vertical direction and partial defects of the dentition. Anomalies of soft tissue attachment, anomalies of occlusion of molars on the right and left with palatoocclusion, and anomalies of occlusion of molars on the right and left with linguo-occlusion were less common in orthodontic charts.
