The study reveals a critical need for enhancing Arabic online resources on orthognathic surgery. Despite the available content's moderate quality and acceptable readability, there is a substantial gap in providing comprehensive, patient-centered, and easily understandable information. Future efforts should focus on developing high-quality, reliable, and readable online resources to aid Arabic-speaking patients in making informed decisions about orthognathic surgery.
