Following fetal OSB repair, volume, shape and curvedness in ventricles and unmyelinated white matter were significantly different from normal fetuses. Morphological brain changes after fetal surgery were not limited to effects on CSF circulation. These observations may have neurocognitive implications for postnatal outcomes.
