In RAH patients with complicated coronary atherosclerosis, the dynamics of profibrotic biomarkers and LVH parameters after RD was absent despite the pronounced antihypertensive effect, probably due to the low reversibility of cardiovascular remodeling processes or more complex regulatory mechanisms of the MMP system.
