The effect of limbal autograft location at primary pterygium excision on anterior and posterior corneal astigmatism: a comparative prospective study.

The effects of pterygium surgery with limbal autograft provide significant improvement on corneal astigmatism. However, we think that the location of the conjunctiva has no effect, but in cases where the bulbar conjunctiva needs to be preserved or cannot be used, the choice of the lower bulbar conjunctiva can achieve successful results.
