SFTs with pancreatic involvement are rare, and non-specific features and tumour heterogeneity can pose a diagnostic challenge on FNA; however, IHC can be used to make a definitive diagnosis. As a result, FNA is a simple, safe, cost-effective, and accurate approach that can be used to diagnose SFT in the pancreas.
